ActionIQ is developing the next generation of distributed data engines. It lives in the cloud, manages itself, and scales to billions of historical events. It utilizes latest hardware trends, massive parallelism and computes results orders of magnitude faster than state-of-the-art databases.
Today’s data tools are either too simplistic for your business or just too complex to use. ActionIQ combines unlimited data power with an interface that business users understand. Just because you can’t write SQL doesn’t mean you can’t be a data power-user.
We understand that Enterprises can’t take risks with their data. That’s why we make customer data as secure as humanly possible through the latest security and cryptographic standards.
ActionIQ was founded by technology leaders that envisioned a marketing-centric data platform that was both more powerful and easier to deploy & use. Our team has expertise building complex technologies for billion-people consumer products as well as enterprise software that delivered value for Fortune 500 companies, globally.

While spending his formative years building large distributed systems to support a range of data science and analytics use cases, Justin became passionate in the intersection of data management platforms and users. In particular, he’s excited by the use of fast in-memory analytics to support interactive workflows and visualizations, and joined ActionIQ to make this idea a reality. Justin holds a Ph.D. from Brown University where he researched scaling high-throughput in-memory database systems to support larger-than-memory datasets.
Edouard really loves data and really loves when data solves business problems. Since his PhD from Berkeley in Theoretical Computer-Science, Edouard has landed back on Earth and worked with customers for more than a decade on extracting business value through data. He was at Teradata in Europe, then MongoDB in NYC. During their first meeting, Tasso told him “it is incredible how much pain customers traverse because nothing helps them execute effectively - Come aboard to change that !”, so he did. Edouard is also French and likes to saber the top of champagne bottles while singing a bit too loudly.
Prior to joining ActionIQ Ryan was working with 3rd and 1st party data networks in the DMP space, while also becoming extremely interested in how to simplify the complex story around the intersection of data and marketing. When he’s not working Ryan is spending time with his friends, trying new food and drinks, or both.
Casey joined ActionIQ so he could fully submerge himself in tough, novel technical problems while being surrounded by incredible engineers. Prior to ActionIQ, he led the data team at another enterprise software startup, building and scaling their core data pipelines.
